The Pilates Reformer is the most popular piece of Pilates studio equipment. It is an extremely versatile, resistance-based machine that consists of a complex set of springs, ropes and straps, all connected to a gliding carriage.
The Reformer helps to establish core stability and postural alignment while working the arms and legs in a range of movements.
